No. There are options for home workouts and gym workouts so wherever you are training, I have you covered.
Plus, if your gym doesn’t have a piece of equipment that’s listed in the workout, you can use the ‘Swap’ function to switch it out for an alternative exercise.

If you’re training at home, ideally you’ll need a resistance band, exercise mat and a couple of dumbbells.
If you have more equipment than this, great… you can make exercise swaps in the app to match the equipment you have at home (or in the gym).

No. There’s no prerequisite of already being strong and fit. You’re here because you want to work on these… we’ve all got to start from somewhere.
There are workouts that will cater to you whether you’re an exercise beginner or a seasoned gym goer.
When you sign up you’ll be able to tell me about your previous experience so I can make sure that you’re adequately challenged.

Not completely. You will be matched with a training programme suitable to your experience level, training location and schedule.
The workouts are designed to help you build muscle and strength. If you work hard consistently, you will see results.
This monthly membership is more affordable than 1-1 coaching, so the workouts are not completely customised for each individual.

When you join, you’ll be matched to a 4 week starting programme, based on your experience, training location, and schedule.
Each programme runs for 4 weeks, focusing on building strength, confidence, and skill with progressive overload. After each 4 week block, you’ll seamlessly move to the next stage of your programme. This ensures you’re always challenged and progressing but without constant changes of standalone blocks that can otherwise stall results.

The on-demand classes include body weight and resistance band workouts, short HIIT sessions, stretching, and mobility exercises, along with warm-up examples. Most classes are under 30 minutes and can be done at home.

Upon signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email and invite to my training app. Check your junk mail!
When registering for the app use the same email you used to pay. Then download the app onto your smartphone.
You’ll shortly receive two starting questionnaires - fill these out and I’ll use the information to assign you the right starting programme.
Expect to wait about 24 hours before receiving your training programme. But in the meantime you can explore the app.

Yes but a 1-1 coaching option would be more suitable.
We are not qualified to treat or rehab injuries but you are welcome to join the membership in conjunction with guidance from a sports injury specialist.

No need to join a Facebook group or download another app, the group chat is housed in the same app as your training programme.
You’ll be invited to the group chat automatically upon signing up.
